Our level 3 NICU is facilitated with the most innovative technology and equipment along with a team of highly qualified professionals to provide special care for babies born prematurely (25-30 weeks), babies who are underweight, and all babies who are seriously ill and suffering from various critical conditions.

Transferring a baby to NICU could be a stressful event for any parents. Kauvery Hospital offers advanced and specialized mobile transport system equipped with all the medical equipment a baby needs to have a safe, gentle, and comfortable transfer to NICU.

High frequency ventilators are made available for the babies to help with respiration. We have made available baby friendly ventilators with lung protection which are specifically designed to accurately measure the baby’s tidal volumes and provide sufficient breathing support.

The safety of our babies is our no.1 priority. To keep the newborns under our care safe from unnecessary movement and contagion, we provide bedside echo/ultrasound scans.
