PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES LISTED BELOW

• Fix your appointment at least 24 hours before by calling 080 6801 6801 or 89255 09124 (8am to 5pm)
• Report at the Health Check counter by 8am for pre fasting tests
• 10-12 hours (overnight) fasting and abstinence from alcohol is essential. Do not have milk / tea / coffee in the morning if you have to do tests on pre fasting. However, you may take plain water
• Please bring along your previous medical records
• Additional tests / investigations / procedures / consultations can be provided on request or if required. These will be billed separately in addition to the package payment
• Routine thyroid medication if any, can be taken before the health check
• Diabetic patients should not take diabetic medication before the tests as it may result in low
• sugar
• You need not skip any regular medicines. Please take it after breakfast
• If you have Cardiac / Liver / Renal issues avoid excessive water consumption
• Women should avoid health check during menstruation (Periods)
• Women who have missed their periods, planning a pregnancy and pregnant women should strictly avoid X-ray radiation
• Please wear comfortable clothing for your health check
• Avoid wearing jewellery on the day of your health check
• Please keep an eye on your personal belongings and ensure that you have taken all your belongings before you leave any room
• Please feel free to approach our front office staff in case of any queries
• Change in packages is not possible once billing is done
