The Department’s physicians, all of which are board-certified or board eligible, are highly specialized to treat a variety of medical conditions related to prostate health, overactive bladder (incontinence), impotence, urinary tract infections, vasectomies, kidney stones and all other urological conditions.

Comprehensive OPD
There are quite a few illnesses which do not require any hospital admission, but the patient might still need access to a doctor’s consultation, diagnosis, healthcare facilities etc. In such cases, patients opt for outpatient departments for any minor injuries or illnesses.
Endourology
This involves minimally invasive surgical procedures using small cameras and instruments inserted into the urinary tract. It primarily deals with the treatment of stones, strictures, tumors, and other obstructions in the urinary tract.
Robotic Urology
Robotic urological surgery refers to minimally invasive procedures performed with the assistance of robotic systems to treat various urological conditions. This approach enhances precision, control, and flexibility for the surgeon, leading to better outcomes and faster recovery for patients.
Renal transplantation
Renal transplantation, also known as kidney transplantation, is a surgical procedure performed to replace a diseased or non-functioning kidney with a healthy kidney from a donor. This treatment is often recommended for individuals with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) or chronic kidney disease (CKD)
Urologic Oncology
This subspecialty focuses on cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, including prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancer. It involves both surgical and non-surgical treatments, including chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
Neurourology
This area addresses urinary problems related to the nervous system, such as urine leak , difficulty in passing urine, and urinary retention. Conditions treated include spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease.
Pediatric Urology
Pediatric urologists treat urinary and genital problems in children. Common issues include congenital abnormalities, undescended testes, bedwetting, and vesicoureteral reflux.
Male sexual health
This subspecialty focuses on diagnosing and treating conditions that affect male fertility, such as varicoceles, ejaculatory dysfunction,erectile dysfunction and hormonal imbalances. Treatments can include surgery, medication, and assisted reproductive technologies.
Reconstructive Urology
This involves the surgical repair and reconstruction of the urinary tract and genital organs. It addresses conditions such as urethral strictures, traumatic injuries, and congenital abnormalities.
Urogynecology
Focused on female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, this subspecialty deals with pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain.
Urological Emergency
Urological emergencies are conditions that require immediate medical attention due to the risk of serious complications, including permanent damage to the urinary tract or reproductive organs, severe infection, or life-threatening situations.
